Cadlytic

Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between Cadlytic, with its place of business at Annamalai Nagar, Manachanallur, Tiruchirappalli 621005, Tamil Nadu, India ("Cadlytic", "we", "us"), and the organization that creates or uses a Cadlytic workspace ("you", "your organization").

The person who accepts these terms on behalf of an organization confirms that they are allowed to bind it. If your organization has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.

Accounts and members

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. Each member account is for one person. Keep sign-in details private and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think an account has been misused.

Your administrators decide who joins your workspace and what each member can do. You are responsible for what happens under your organization's accounts, including clients you invite to review deliveries.

Plans, trials and payment

Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is added at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Paid plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay or by invoice.

We never charge your card or account automatically. Each new period starts only when you pay for it. If a period ends unpaid, your workspace moves to the Free plan's limits; your data is not deleted because of that.

Free trials last for the period shown when you start them (currently 15 days) and cost nothing. When a trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan's limits unless you choose a paid plan.

We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell your billing contact at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop at any time by not renewing; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. When a refund is due is set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Your data

Your organization owns the data, code and files it puts into Cadlytic and the results Cadlytic produces from them. You give us permission to store and process that data only to run the service for you, keep it secure, support you and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. When we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Terms also apply.

You can export your data while your workspace is active. You can ask us to delete your organization's workspace; we will, except for records the law requires us to keep (such as invoices and audit records).

AI features

Some features use AI models to draft tests, code, summaries and suggestions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it. A Cadlytic test result counts as verified only when a real test run recorded evidence; an AI draft on its own never does.

Code and text that Cadlytic's AI produces for you belong to your organization, to the extent we hold any rights in them. Your administrators can switch external AI off for the whole organization.

Connected services and test targets

If you connect GitHub or another service, Cadlytic acts only within the access you grant and only as your settings allow. Your use of those services stays under their own terms.

Run tests only against systems, websites and databases that you own or are allowed to test. You are responsible for the targets and test data you configure.

Acceptable use

You must not use Cadlytic to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • test, scan or load systems you have no permission to test, or attack any system;
  • upload malware or content you have no right to share;
  • get around plan limits, security controls or another organization's separation;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
  • place a load on the service that harms other customers.

Our service

We work to keep Cadlytic available and secure, and we improve it over time. We may change or retire features; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Unless your organization has a written agreement with a service level, we do not promise a specific uptime. Planned maintenance is announced on our status page where we can.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement. This does not cover information that is already public, was already known, or must be disclosed by law.

Our intellectual property

Cadlytic, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give your organization the right to use the service for its own business while its subscription or free plan is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

After closure you have 30 days to ask us for an export of your data, unless the closure was required by law.

Warranties

We provide Cadlytic with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without other promises, for example that it will be error-free or suit a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data that could have been avoided by keeping backups.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees your organization paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of data you put into Cadlytic, or because you tested a system you had no permission to test, your organization will cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you. If that fails, the courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Grievance Officer

For complaints about the service or about personal data, contact our Grievance Officer, Harish Ragaventhar Chandrasekar, at [email protected], or write to Cadlytic, Annamalai Nagar, Manachanallur, Tiruchirappalli 621005, Tamil Nadu, India. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell your administrators at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using Cadlytic after a change applies, the new terms apply to you.
