Service Delivery Policy

Cadlytic is software used online in your browser. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

A paid plan or add-on is switched on for your workspace as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Payments by invoice are switched on once the payment reaches us.

You receive a confirmation and a GST invoice by email, and your administrators can always download it from Billing in your organization's workspace.

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email [email protected] with the payment reference. We will switch it on or refund the payment in full.

Cadlytic can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for cancellations.
